Copper Entering Next Commodity Supercycle: Report

HDFC Securities investment advisory arm HDFC Tru has projected that copper may be entering the next phase of the global commodity supercycle, supported by strong structural demand drivers and long-term supply constraints.

In its latest report titled Copper: The Next Leg of the Commodity Supercycle, the advisory firm said the global commodities market appears to be witnessing a rotation from precious metals towards industrial and base metals, with copper emerging as a key beneficiary.
