Vancouver, B.C., September 2, 2026 – Storm Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: STRM) (“Storm” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, due to increased investor demand, it has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) from aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000 to aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,700,000.
The Offering will now consist of up to 6,750,000 units of the Company (the “Units”) at a price of $0.40 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,700,000.
The Company may pay finder’s fees in connection with the Offering, subject to and in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
