Mr. Smit will provide strategic technical guidance in support of the Company’s ongoing resource expansion and economic evaluation activities including the preparation of a maiden Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”) on its flagship White Gold Project, located in west-central Yukon, Canada.
