Wilmington, Delaware, April 1, 2026: Electric Metals (USA) Limited (“Electric Metals” or the “Company“) (TSXV: EML) (OTCQB: EMUS) today announced that its common shares are now quoted on the OTCQB under the ticker symbol EMUS, replacing the previous ticker EMUSF.

The ticker update was processed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) following the Company’s redomicile to the United States, resulting in the removal of the “F” suffix previously used to designate foreign issuers.
