From Bloomberg
Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre plans to create a national energy corridor to fast-track approvals for infrastructure to transport Canadian energy domestically and abroad without relying on the US.
The corridor would allow companies to build transmission lines, railways, and pipelines with “legally binding commitments” from provincial and local governments, aiming to bring in billions of dollars of new investment and create jobs.
