Graphite One Announces Repricing of Stock Options

June 3, 2024 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Graphite One Inc. (TSX-V: GPH; OTCQX: GPHOF) (the “Company”), announces that the Company’s board of directors has approved the repricing (the “Repricing”) of an aggregate of 1,269,379 outstanding stock options (the “Options”) issued to certain officers of the Company pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan.  The Repricing is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”).
