Graphite One Announces Grant of Restricted Share Units

April 14, 2025 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Graphite One Inc. (TSX-V: GPH; OTCQX: GPHOF) (the “Company”), announces that the board of directors has approved a grant of 583,015 restricted share units (“RSUs”) to directors pursuant to the terms of the Company’s Omnibus Plan.  This grant represents one-half of the grant for calendar year 2025.

Each RSU will convert into one common share of the Company on the April 14, 2026 vest date.  Further details regarding the Omnibus Plan are set out in the management information circular of the Company dated May 15, 2024April 14, 2025 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Graphite One Inc.
