Drill Permit Received for Storm Exploration’s Gold Standard Project

Vancouver, B.C., Aug 19, 2026 – Storm Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: STRM) (“Storm” or the “Company”) today announced that it has received the permit to conduct exploration drilling at its 100% owned Gold Standard Project, located 60km north of Fort Frances in northwestern Ontario, Canada. Drilling is expected to commence in Q3 and will focus on the large Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (“VMS”) target identified on the property.

“The receipt of the drill permit clears the way for us to begin testing and assessing the VMS target at Gold Standard.
