Cielo Waste Solutions Inc. (CSE:CMC) Update

As a general rule, the most successful man in life is the man who has the best information

Despite decades of educating North Americans on the benefits of recycling, plus cutting-edge technologies that sort and recycle everything from tires to table scraps, billions of tonnes of garbage continue to be dumped into landfills and into our oceans every year.

What is abundantly clear is that a trifecta of problems – ever increasing fossil fuel emissions, less room for landfills and more and more waste being generated on a global scale - is currently an insurmountable problem. But what if a solution could be invented that turns landfill waste into clean fuel, thereby solving all three problems at once?

That is the idea behind a brand-new proprietary technology being commercialized by Cielo Waste Solutions Corp., (CSE:CMC) a Canadian public company that is aiming to revolutionize the biodiesel industry through the creation of scale-able mini-refineries that can turn any fibrous material into renewable diesel. That diesel can then be sold to diesel refineries to enable them to produce blended diesel fuel that meets Canadian renewable fuel regulations.

Cielo's renewable or “green” diesel can be made by blending any fibrous material with a proprietary catalyst and then heating it thru its patent pending process. Eligible feedstock materials include landfill waste, all types of plastics, organics like table scraps or lawn clippings, cardboard, wood-waste and tires.

Cielo Waste Solutions Corp.: Exclusive Renewable Diesel Technology Turns Trash Into Cash

Cielo Close to Commercialization with its First Continuous-flow Waste to Renewable Diesel Refinery

Benefits of Cielo’s Renewable Diesel

  • Cielo’s renewable diesel can be made for <Cdn$.50 compared to an estimated Cdn$1.50 for bio-diesel.
  • Unlimited multiple waste streams of feedstock available 24/7/365
  • Cielo’s renewable diesel can be used in any fossil diesel powered equipment
  • As with fossil diesel, Cielo’s renewable diesel has a long shelf life
  • Cielo’s renewable diesel has a low cloud point. Regular diesel and bio-diesel gel in cold weather, <-10c
  • Cielo’s renewable diesel feedstock is converted into fuel in seconds versus hours for bio-diesel feedstocks
  • Cielo uses a variety of feedstocks many companies pay a disposable fee for thus setting up a scenario where Cielo might actually be paid a fee for using garbage as feedstock

2018 Catalysts

  • Cielo is currently executing a Phase l development which is a retrofit of their pilot plant into a continuous flow 356l/h commercial refinery
  • Provincial production permit is expected within a few months
  • Cash flow within months not years
  • Phase ll, 1,824l/h renewable diesel refinery development start is expected to happen shortly after Phase l is in production

There is a new video due out next week, and expect a construction update shortly.

It seems Cielo’s marketing program and road show (Winnipeg last week, Toronto next week), is going well. Telling Cielo's story and putting it in front of new potential investors is paying off…and why shouldn’t it?

I own shares of Cielo, and I’m glad I do. It’s an interesting story that’s fully funded to commercial production and I don’t expect they will need to go to the market for more.

Trying to get in front of the world’s garbage problem is a noble idea and one I find it easy to commit to.
